DMK’s Velander plant-based cheese
DMK says its latest vegan cheese product ‘not only tastes good, but also convinces in further processing with the browning and melting behaviour familiar from classic cheese’. The company has developed different recipes for cold and hot applications in a bid to stay ahead of the curve.
Named Velander, the vegan newcomer is produced at DMK's largest cheese hub in Edewecht, Lower Saxony. It will be available to commercial clients from Q4 2022.
