Sharpham Dairy's Camembert
Described as a ‘moist, soft, creamy’ cheese inspired by the French classic, Sharpham Dairy’s latest offering is made from Jersey cow’s milk and ripened in individual rounds. The cheesemakers deployed a combination of traditional Normand methods and their singular terroir and say the end result is ‘very much its own cheese’.
The Sharpham Camembert, available now, has already scooped a 2022 Taste of the West Awards commendation as well as a Devon County Show Gold and Best in Show awards.
