The liquor-infused ice cream and sorbet maker has landed a deal to serve up its hand-made flavors from the famous New York landmark.

Tipsy Scoop will sell its pre-packaged ice creams from a pop-up 'barlour' at the 86th Floor Observatory - including dark chocolate whiskey salted caramel, mango margarita sorbet, and raspberry limoncello sorbet.

There will also be an exclusive ‘signature sundae’ that packs a piña colada plant-based ice cream topped with whipped cream and NYC-themed candy.

For those who don’t fancy the booze flavors, there will also be non-alcoholic options like vanilla, chocolate and cherry.

Tipsy Scoop will serve visitors to the famous building from August 3 to September 5, Wednesday to Sunday.

Jean-Yves Ghazi, president of the Empire State Building Observatory, commented: “Our successful pop-up program has brought New York's authentic, local flavors to the heart of the city and provided a sweet surprise for our guests. We are pleased to partner with Tipsy Scoop to turn the Empire State Building's 86th Floor Observatory into a temporary ice cream 'barlour' with a view this August.”

New York-based Tipsy Scoop was founded by Melissa Tavss and has stores in Nashville, Orlando, Boston and Phoenix in addition to its four permanent locations in Queens, Brooklyn, Long Beach and Manhattan.
