Arla Foods UK has confirmed it will acquire the legal entity PCL 24/7 Ltd and take on the services currently performed by PCL Transport 24/7 Ltd, with the exception of its Bristol location.

If agreed, DFA will acquire 44 of the company’s fluid and frozen facilities and the real estate, inventory, equipment, and all other assets necessary to operate such facilities.
