Kerry launches ‘Great Culinary Taste’

Irish company Kerry has launched ‘Great Culinary Taste,’ which it says is a “simple approach to help bridge the gap between the great authentic taste that consumers are looking for and what our customers can produce at scale.”

The LactoSens 0.01% test – recently validated against HPLC - is a direct assay on a biochip that specifically measures lactose in minutes in milk and dairy products including yogurt, sour cream, cream cheese and mozzarella.

GDT halts US lactose sales due to limited demand
