Finding ways for using whey important for dairy industry

A Cypriot study in the Journal of Advanced Dairy Research says as the amount of whey in the dairy industry is constantly increasing, new sustainable methods of whey utilization and processing are needed.

New Dairy Engineering qualification results from joint initiative

Milking equipment supplier T H WHITE has joined forces with Wiltshire College & University Centre in the UK to create a robotic dairy parlor that is supporting the development of a dedicated undergraduate Dairy Engineering qualification.

Among the report's many reccomendations is a reduction in the consumption of beef, lamb and dairy by at least 20% per person.

The Committee on Climate Change (CCC) an independent, statutory body in the UK established under the Climate Change Act 2008, is recommending a reduction in dairy intake of 20%.
