Coconut Bliss brings frozen cookie sandwiches to gluten-free and vegan consumers
Ice cream sandwiches – an iconic frozen dessert – can now be enjoyed by vegans and gluten-free consumers thanks to the launch of Coconut Bliss’ new Vanilla and Dark Chocolate Cookie Sandwiches that swap creamy coconut milk for dairy and sprouted brown rice flour and gluten-free organic grains for wheat flour in the cookies. The cookies are elevated further by including on-trend hemp seeds.
